Beautiful Day!

It was such a beautiful day today....the weather was perfect. Not too hot, but not too cold. The kids spent much of the day outside. Randon on his four wheeler he got for Christmas, and the girls goofed around on the swing set.

Also, wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year. I pray blessings for each and every one of you this year. Let's just remember that it's not our party....it's the Lord's, and He has every day planned out for us, and not only that, but He does everything for our good. So, I encourage everyone, including myself, to learn to trust Him, and fear not about things of this world.

Apples

For Christmas my Mom gave us an apple cutter.....the kids have enjoyed having their apples cut into small slices in a such a quick time! They have been eating at least one apple each every day. I snapped this picture of Randon today, sitting out on the deck eating his apple slices.

Our Christmas

Hope everyone had an excellent Christmas day. We, of course, were up early (7:10) to open presents. The kids had a lot of fun.....that was our first Christmas. The second was with Randy's family (His Mom, brother and his family, sister, and Dad), and our third Christmas gathering was with my Dad (Grandpa) and his wife (Grandma Di). It was nice spending Christmas with our families. I have to say that I am kind of excited to take down my Christmas decorations.....until next year of course! Happy Holidays

Christmas in Tallahassee

We headed up to Tallahassee for the weekend to have Christmas with my family. The girls started out the weekend by going to get manicures and pedicures, and the boys headed out to Waffle House for breakfast.

The little girls had a fun time getting their finger and toe nails painted. They even added a cute flower on their fingers and toes. I DEFINITELY enjoyed my pedicure.....it was most definitely NEEDED!! I think Randy might actually give me a foot rub now!! :)

More Christmas Fun

In the afternoon we made suncatchers with the kids, the adults took turns jumping off the swings (we should have had a video camera for that one), and of course, opened presents. We had a fun time with each other.....we headed back home Sunday afternoon.

Thanks to Amy and Marty for hosting our family of five, and much thanks to Mom for all the time you spent "playing" with the kids, and keeping up with Randon....love you guys!

SISTERS

Autumn and Addy were kind enough to pose for me......we tried to get Randon in there, but he wasn't interested......so it's just the sisters!

Story Time

Addy LOVES going to story time at the library on Thursdays, and we just happened to remember that today was Thursday, so we went to story time!! They sat and listened to a story, then decorated star cookies, and lastly played a game. Wish we could remember to go every week, but honestly, most weeks I forget until it's too late.

Autumn's Christmas program

This afternoon was Autumn's school's Christmas program. Every class sang a song....Autumn's class sang "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas". Autumn sang very good....we're proud of her, she was very nervous, but I think she had fun!!

Randon slid on the reindeer headband, so of course I had to snap some pictures....what a cutie!!

Buddies

I just love it when I see my three children "budding" around with each other. It's neat to see the times when they really do enjoy each other's company, and show love to each other.

Can you say, BABY POWDER??

Randon got into the baby powder today.....he had a fun time, but wasn't sure what to think when it got all over his face. We just had to laugh.....messes like these are best dealt with laughter!
